Energy Carta invited The GreenAsia Group to an event that framed conversation and debate on the most pressing global energy issues and opportunities. TGAG’s representative joined a panel of speakers to discuss “Political, Social and Economic Implications of Sustainable Energy Development in South East Asia.” Through the short presentation, thoughts on the ‘green myths’ preventing companies and individuals from embracing sustainable development, despite the social and economic benefits, and the need for legislation to move the agenda forward were presented.
AYES 2012 “Changing the Game” gave an insight into future energy strategies. Using LEGO® bricks as the tools to translate words and numbers into a visual representation allowed all the students to learn about and get hands-on experience with energy planning and policy making.
