Simon has a strong background in Education Operations Management, most recently serving as Director of Facilities of Projects for UWCSEA, a school of 4000 students. A significant part of this role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle for the construction of Tampines campus, one of the largest new school projects in the world in a 36 month time period.
He offers expertise, experience and management in all aspects of planning, designing, construction and project management of exceptional but highly practical educational facilities. As a consultant Simon has recently worked with schools developing new facilities in Thailand, Indonesia and India.
A breadth of experience at the sharp end of managing, maintaining and upgrading school facilities and services gives a unique angle to projects which require a firm practical and hands on input.
Benjamin is an expert in facilitating tailor made eco training and certification schemes within the hotel industry. As an EarthCheck practitioner he has accompanied 14 hotels across Asia to obtain certification and 35 to reach Benchmarking level. Benjamin has previously worked as the Green Globe/EarthCheck Marketing Coordinator Asia for the French hotel group Accor.
Since 2011, he has been working as an independent consultant with the United Nations International Labour Organization on the Greener Business Asia project, funded by the Government of Japan, designing and delivering an environmental training programme to 12 pilot hotels in Puket island, as well as auditing and advising them on waste management, green procurement, staff awareness , guests engagement and overall environmental efficiency.
